I was about to decase a 4 day old GoPro Hero 10 I received because the buttons nor the touch screen was non-responsive. Tried holding the mode button pressed December 1, 2018 at 9:34 AM. Smart Remote NOT Pairing with Hero 7 Black. Followed all the instructions but the two devices cant seem to connect to each other?! Translate with Google. Mounts.
i used my hero 9 last oct 30 without waterproof case during snorkling not lasting for 1 hr. then i noticed that the lcd screen having flickering screen when i opened it that night. oct 31, the lcd screen is not working anymore. but the gopro is still functioning and recording. - GoPro Camera

Go Pro Hero 7 says "USB Commected" but isn't showing on "This Computer" in "My Computer". I purchased my GoPro Hero 7 Black a couple of weeks ago at BestBuy. I have successfully connected my GoPro to 2 different computers to charge, and transfer pictures/ videos that are multiple GBs. I've transferred a couple of videos from my last recording

Rebooting as per above just resets the GoPro and I'm back to square one. I have Gopro hero 7 black, it works normally but the screen stopped working because it’s little bit broken. I want to change the screen or any solution helps.
