Darth Mod is pretty solid, especially for Fots. There's also a mod called Master of Strategy is also supposed to be good but I havent tried it before. As for DLC, Fots is regarded as the best expansion/DLC for a total war game, if you like gunfire like Napoleon or Empire, it's a must buy.
