Try this, I've had issues with latency in different games too. For call of duty games using a 5ghz wifi signal pretty much solved the problem, in other games it was the other way around, i needed a 2.4ghz signal. Also don't try to use a mixed signal, 2.4+5, it won't work

Cpu around 40-50% was getting this this morning pre-update. After update i get 100-180 fps exact same settings gpu usage is way lower around 50-70% cpu wont go much past 20% use. Vram usage is way lower. And even at 150 fps the game feels like a slideshow. Ive tried everything.

Modern Warfare 2 - Not worth your money. COD:MW 2019 was my last Call of Duty game in a long time, following Call of Duty: Ghosts.
